Depois do vexame de Prometheus confesso que esperei ansioso
para assistir Covenant, afinal esperei que as diversas criticas negativas ao
redor do mundo fariam alguma diferença, mas não fizeram.
A expedição espacial que em Prometheus deixou para se
conhecer a milhões de kilômetros da terra, dessa vez comete outra gafe
fenomenal, eles descem em um planeta desconhecido sem proteção para respirar!
Acreditem essa foi a solução que encontraram para infectar os humanos, a
infecção não seria mais um “incidente” seria por imprudência de uma equipe
espacial. Eles querem dizer que podemos sair da terra e respirar normalmente em
qualquer planeta que tem atmosfera respirável, sem nenhuma cautela. Uma
completa incoerência com os procedimentos padrão de qualquer expedição
exploratória.
O título do filme deveria ser “equipe de escoteiros vai
conhecer planeta infectado”. Na minha
crítica a Prometheus eu foquei no roteiro, mas dessa vez critico o roteiro e o
diretor. Me pareceu que o Ridley Scot foi “infectado” pelas idéias de escoteiro
de Jonh Logan.
Depois da idéia “genial” de colocar os expedidores sem
proteção no planeta estranho, eles não sabem lidar com pessoas doentes e fazem
maior confusão com a infecção, não há plano de emergência, o plano é o
desespero, típico de uma expedição espacial ou de um grupo de escoteiros? são
escoteiros mesmo. Explodem equipamento, deixam pessoas sozinhas para lidar com
infecções alienígenas, meus Deus, erros atrás de erros. Teve um outro detalhe
que percebi que foi a violência que colocaram nessa variante Alien recém-nascido,
bem diferente do Alien tradicional que foge para se proteger, acho que querem
lançar uma ideia de bebê assassino para filmes trash.
Também criaram uma infecção diferente do filme Prometeus, dessa
vez o Alien nasce pelas costas – que não foi pelo pulmão, foi pela coluna
vertebral, não sei como ele foi parar ali. Se eu trabalhasse nessa expedição iria dizer “coloquem esse pó no microscópio por favor! Descubram
o que é isso seus incompetentes!!” Chamem os caras do filme Vida para avaliar,
só não os deixe continuar o filme..
A coisa vai se desenvolvendo o ciborgue de Prometheus reaparece
e apresenta suas habilidades como cientista até que apresenta o famoso OVO de onde
nascem os clássicos parasitas que infectam humanos. O OVO era posto pela mãe
Alien descoberta em Alien 2 – O Resgate, enfim, esqueceram de Alien 2 e redefiniram
sequencia do filme, foda-se Alien 2.
A parte engraçada do filme é quando o Alien clássico nasce do jeito
tradicional e aparece em frente ao Ciborgue Cientista que o criou, eles abrem
os braços em um sinal de reconhecimento que me pareceu que fossem dançar uma
valsa, uma cena ridícula.
Começa a sessão clássica de mortes pelo verdadeiro bicho e
no final o Ciborque do mal consegue tomar o lugar de outro Ciborque na nave
levando consigo dois ovos Aliens para cultivar durante a viagem.
Eu posso resumir uma coisa sobre este filme, estes caras não
gostam da sequencia Alien, eles estão fazendo chacota com o bicho, uma chacota
adolescente e mal feita.
